Intro

I’m Tatiana Dascalescu, Head of Delivery Operations at Cantina. I’ve spent twelve years inside growing companies, from HP and Oracle to a security startup, turning ambitious plans into execution that holds: the processes, the systems, the reporting and the people who run them.

Most of that work is translation. Sales needs to know what Finance needs. Finance needs to see how deals actually close. When teams log the same things for the same reasons, the data becomes something everyone can trust, and the right thing becomes the easy thing to do.

This site is where I write about it. How data should move between CRM tools, database platforms and the books. Which automations earn their keep, and which ones just move the mess around faster. Why communication is an operational responsibility, not a soft skill. What breaks when a company scales, and what quietly holds. Field notes, not frameworks.

Anyone can announce the plan. Someone has to make it run.

Writing

Field notes. Not frameworks.

Short pieces on the unglamorous parts of running a company: where data breaks, why automations drift, and how teams stop talking to each other. Written from inside the work, not above it.
